It will pass near one of the stars in the constellation in about four million years. If aliens capture it, they will find a golden plaque on board, depicting a man, a woman, and the location of the Sun and Earth in the Milky Way. The plaque was the brainchild of Carl Sagan, who wanted any alien civilization who might encounter the spacecraft to know we made it and show them how to contact us.
